Where is the rest of my order? I ordered 2 items and only received 1.

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you've placed an order and completed the payment process, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Make sure to check that the email address you provided is correct.
Do not place a new order before following these two steps:

How can I change or cancel my order? Can I do it after receiving the shipping confirmation email?
Once you have received the shipping confirmation email, we will not be able to make changes to the order. If you notice any mistakes, please contact us immediately.
Will the package be delivered to my address?
The package will be delivered to the shipping address you provided when completing your order.
I haven't received my order, what should I do?
