Article 3 - Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to any offer made by the entrepreneur and to any distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible before the conclusion of the distance contract, it will be indicated that the terms and conditions can be consulted with the entrepreneur and will be sent to the consumer free of charge as soon as requested.

If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these terms and conditions can be made available to the consumer electronically in such a way that the consumer can store it on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible before the conclusion of the contract, it will be indicated where the terms and conditions can be consulted electronically, and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge electronically or otherwise upon request.

In the case where specific conditions apply to products or services in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs are accordingly applicable, and in the case of conflicting terms and conditions, the consumer will always be able to invoke the provision that is most favorable to them.

If one or more provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid or void at any time, the contract and these conditions will remain valid in other respects, and the invalid provision will immediately be replaced by a provision that closely reflects the original intention through mutual agreement.

Situations not covered by these terms and conditions should be evaluated "in the spirit" of these terms and conditions.

Any doubts regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our terms should be interpreted "in the spirit" of these terms and conditions.

Article 4 - The Offer

If an offer is limited in duration or subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.

The offer is free. The entrepreneur has the right to modify and adjust the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is detailed enough to allow the consumer to make a good evaluation of the offer. If the entrepreneur uses images, these are a faithful representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on the entrepreneur.

All images, specifications, and data in the offer are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or cancellation of the contract.

The images accompanying the products are a faithful representation of the products offered. The entrepreneur cannot guarantee that the colors shown exactly match the actual colors of the products.

Each offer contains the necessary information for the consumer to clearly understand what rights and obligations are associated with the acceptance of the offer. This includes, in particular:

- The price, excluding customs duties and import VAT. These additional costs are borne by the customer. The postal and/or courier service will apply special rules for postal and courier services in relation to importation. This procedure applies if goods are imported into the destination country within the EU, as is the case here. The courier service will charge VAT (along with customs duties, if applicable) to the recipient of the products.
- Possible shipping costs;
- The method of entering into the contract and the actions necessary for this;
- Whether the right of withdrawal is applicable or not;
- The method of payment, delivery, and execution of the contract;
- The period during which the offer can be accepted or the period during which the entrepreneur guarantees the price;
- The communication fee for using the distance communication technique, if the costs for using the means of communication differ from the basic rate for the used media;
- If the contract is filed after being concluded, and if so, how the consumer can consult it;
- How the consumer can check and correct data before the conclusion of the contract, if desired;
- Other available languages in which the contract can be concluded;
- The codes of conduct the entrepreneur is subject to and how the consumer can consult these codes electronically;
- The minimum duration of the distance contract in the case of a long-term contract.
- Optional: sizes, colors, types of materials available.
